– Initiate Your Trade-In Request:
After reviewing your trade-in offer, proceed to confirm your request. You’ll be able to schedule a pickup time that aligns with your availability, ensuring a smooth and convenient experience.
– Prepare Your Device for Pickup:
To ensure your data remains secure, it’s important to complete a full factory reset before the collection. This step clears personal information and gets your device ready for inspection.
– At-Home Device Assessment:
A representative will arrive at your specified address at the scheduled time to assess your device’s condition. The assessment is completed on-site, ensuring full transparency and a fast process.
– Receive Your Reward:
Once the evaluation is complete, you will receive your trade-in value in cash.

For any of these devices, you can go through the assessment and receive an immediate price quote based on the device condition from our highest bidder. We accept devices that at least switch on. But we don’t accept devices that are counterfeit or jailbroken.

– Our agent will call you within 24 hours and schedule a home pick up at your convenience.
– Once the home service agent assesses your device, he/she will confirm the price based on the condition of your phone.
– Receive the trade-in value in cash.
